Subject and acceptance
This Agreement is a public offer by nopetnoget.com (the “Provider”) to any individual or legal entity (the “User”) to use the online project catalog on the terms set out on this page.
The Agreement is formed when you register, sign in with Google / Facebook / X, or take another action that creates an account. By using the Service you confirm that you have read these Terms and accept them in full.
The Service is provided remotely over the Internet “as is”, with no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Obligations of the parties
The Provider keeps the catalog available (except for maintenance and force majeure) and processes data under the Privacy policy.
The User agrees to:
- publish truthful information about their own product;
- not post illegal, abusive, or misleading content;
- not present other people’s products as their own or infringe third-party rights;
- not attempt to break, copy, or disrupt the Service.
Catalog content
Copyright in texts, images, and links remains with the User. By publishing materials, the User grants the Provider a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display that content within the Service.
The Provider may remove content that breaches these Terms or the law without prior notice — including under the post-moderation described above.
Liability
The Provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profit or data, or for the content of external sites linked from the catalog.
The parties are not liable for a failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, military action, or network outages.
Termination of access
The User may stop using the Service and ask support to delete the account. The Provider may suspend or terminate access if these Terms or the law are breached.
Law and changes
This Agreement is governed by the law of Ukraine. Disputes are settled by negotiation and, if no agreement is reached, by the courts of Ukraine.
The updated version is published at nopetnoget.com/terms. Continued use of the Service means you accept the new terms.
