Who is responsible

The controller is the operator of nopetnoget.com (“Provider”). Contact: hello@nopetnoget.com.

What we collect

Account: name and email when you sign in with Google, Facebook, or X, or register with email. Profile and project texts, links, and images you submit. Messages you send to analysts or support.

Technical: IP address, browser, device, and pages viewed — in necessary logs and, if you consent, via analytics and advertising tags.

Why we use data

to create and secure your account (contract);
to publish project cards and send notifications you asked for (contract);
to process payments for audits and Pro (contract);
to measure traffic and improve the site, if you consent (consent);
to show and measure ads, if you consent (consent);
to prevent abuse and keep the service safe (legitimate interest).

Cookies

Necessary cookies keep you signed in, protect forms (CSRF), remember language, and store this cookie choice. They do not require consent.

Analytics cookies (Seline, and Google Analytics if enabled in Tag Manager) help us see how the catalog is used.

Advertising cookies (Google Ads / Tag Manager) measure campaigns and may show relevant ads. They are set only after you click “Accept all”.

You can accept all cookies, keep necessary only, or change the choice later via Cookies in the footer. Consent is stored for 6 months.

Who receives data

We do not sell personal data. Processors act on our instructions: hosting, email delivery, Stripe for payments, Google / Facebook / X for sign-in, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads, and Seline for analytics — the last two only with consent.

Transfers outside the EEA

Google and some processors may process data in the United States. Where required, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep data

Account and published projects stay until you delete the account or we remove content under the Terms. Logs are kept only as long as needed for security. Cookie consent is stored up to 6 months, then we ask again. Payment records are kept as required by accounting law.

Your rights

Under GDPR and Ukrainian data-protection law you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing. You may withdraw cookie consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.

Write to hello@nopetnoget.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or, if you are in the EU/EEA, with your local supervisory authority.

Security

Data is stored on protected servers. Passwords are hashed and never sent in plain text.

Changes

If we change this policy in a material way, we will update this page and, where required, notify registered users.
